GROUP BOOKINGS
We understand that our scheduled Open Days may not suit every calendar, and that some potential visitors may wish to arrange a more convenient time to visit. Additionally, potential visitors may prefer a more exclusive experience, with the option of a guided tour and access to the Rose and Pink bedrooms on the first floor, which are not available to visitors on normal Open Days. Accordingly, we welcome bookings for private Group Visits throughout the year.
If you would like to book a Group Visit for either the House and Garden or just the Garden, then please get in touch through either our contact form or via email. Bookings are very flexible, but availability will depend on whether we have any scheduled Open Days or Events on the date and time in question.
Please be aware that for standard Group Visits, we charge for a minimum of 20 visitors per booking, with a further charge for each additional guest. For our ‘KBH Gold’ visits (formerly “Downton Abbey Teas”), with tea served in the dining room or drawing room, the minimum charge equates to 15 visitors .
A variety of refreshment options, including lunch and supper provided by our on-site caterers are available, as well as morning and afternoon tea.
