Covid-19 Update

As from 14 September, the government's new measures, to suppress the virus and keep the number of infections down, take effect.

We have a clear duty to support this, and on our last openings for 2020, 20th-21st September, we will ask all visitors to the Gardens to provide contact details at the gate, for track and trace.

We are sorry to inform you that we are completely full and have no available admission slots left for the House.

We look forward to seeing you, and ask that you please stay safe and observe social distancing when you come to visit.

Covid-19 Tickets:

£5 Adults for the Gardens – Free for children under 18
£9 Adults for the House & Gardens – Free for children under 11

During this period of Covid-19 easing, we ask that payment is made by card or bank notes, no coinage please.

Takeaway teas will be available.

We regret there is no wheelchair access into the House

I just loved it, the owner was very friendly and we enjoyed hearing about Downton and Emma being filmed there, tea & cake very nice too!

Visited today a lovely experience, it was a Mother’s Day present. The owner greeted us at the gate & the staff were wonderful. The house guides were so knowledgeable & the tea tearoom staff so efficient & kind.
